This document constitutes a public offer by DigiKey Limited (Unit 1202, 12/F., 299QRC, 287-299 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and sets forth the terms and conditions for the provision of agency services related to organizing travel for the performance of Hajj and Umrah.
1. Subject of the Offer
The Company provides agency and information services aimed at organizing travel for the performance of Hajj and Umrah, including but not limited to:

• selection and coordination of suppliers of tourism, transportation, and related services;
• interaction with third parties (air carriers, hotels, tour operators, visa centers, and other service providers);
• payment for the services of suppliers on behalf of and at the expense of the client;
• informational support to the client.

The Company is not a tour operator, carrier, hotel, visa authority, or religious organization.
2. Agency Status
The Company acts solely as an agent and does not directly provide services related to transportation, accommodation, meals, visa support, medical care, or the performance of religious rites. All such services are provided by third parties, who bear independent liability for their quality, timing, and execution.

3. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:

• cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration of the terms of services provided by third parties;
• acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, governmental or religious authorities;
• refusal to issue visas, entry into the country, or admission to religious events;
• force majeure circumstances, including epidemics, changes in legislation, decisions of authorities, weather conditions, strikes, and other events beyond the Company’s control.

In any event, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount of the agency fee actually paid by the Client to the Company.

4. Obligations of the Client
The Client shall bear sole responsibility for:

• the accuracy of the documents and personal data provided;
• compliance with the requirements of the legislation, religious norms, and rules of the country of stay;
• their own state of health and possession of all necessary permissions for travel.

5. Governing Law
DigiKey Limited is registered and operates in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. All relations between the parties shall be governed by the law of Hong Kong, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Submission of an application or payment for services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.
